Daily rain chances this work week

We will have highs back in the 80s and 90s across Southern Colorado for your Sunday Funday. The day will start out with sunny skies but as we head into the afternoon clouds and rain chances enter into the forecast. The Eastern Plains have a chance for an isolated strong to severe thunderstorms main concerns hail and wind. The High Country can be affected by monsoon moisture so they will need to watch for heavy rain fall that could lead to isolated flash flooding.

We will dry out as we head into the night. Our skies will become partly cloudy to mostly clear. Lows will be in the 60s along the I-25 corridor and Eastern Plains. The High Country will have lows in the 40s to 50s.

Temperatures will rise slightly for the star of the work week. Highs will be in the 90s to 100s along the I-25 corridor and Eastern Plains. The High Country will have highs in the 80s to 90s. There is a chance for an afternoon to evening shower and thunderstorm.

Tuesday highs will fall back down into the 80s to 90s for Southern Colorado. We will keep a chance for an afternoon to evening shower and thunderstorm in our forecast.

For the remainder of the work week we will continue to have daily afternoon to evening showers and thunderstorms due to the monsoon moisture that will be affecting us. We will also keep our highs in the 80s to 90s.

We will start to dry out heading into the weekend and highs will start to increase. We can see highs in the 90s to 100s to finish out the weekend.
