Veteran-owned brewery hosts 4th annual Angel Run fundraiser

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A veteran-owned brewery called the Red Leg Brewing Company is showing its support to Angels of America's Fallen by hosting the 4th annual Angel Run. The brewing company just opened its new facility near Garden of the Gods which made the event all more exciting.

The nonprofit organization supported children of fallen military personnel and first responders by engaging them in activities like sports, music, and art.

"The new the new facility here up on Garden of the Gods road really allowed us... with the bike trails here with sitting trail in the Mason trail allowed us to really create a lot more space for our runners I think you saw this year," said the owner of Red Leg Brewing Company, Todd Baldwin.

The fundraiser continued the fun throughout the day with live music, food, and brews.
