Gus is your KRDO Pet of the Week from Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region! He is a one year and seven month old brown tiger Domestic Longhair cat that came in as an owner surrender and now he’s patiently waiting to meet his new family.
· Gus is a happy, playful, and affectionate boy who loves attention.
· He will meow to make sure you notice him and he might even climb into your lap for cuddles.
· He is a high-energy, or overstimulated, cat. This just means that Gus likes to play, but he can become over-the-top quickly and start to play rough.
· You can get his energy out in a productive manner by having several interactive play sessions with each day. Gus loves to play with feather wands and string toys!
· Gus is looking for a home without children. Although he does great with people, Gus can quickly change his mind on when he doesn’t want attention anymore.
