Colorado State Parks offer free admission on Black Friday
Instead of standing in line or going online for Black Friday shopping, Colorado Parks and Wildlife is encouraging Coloradans to make it a green Friday by exploring the outdoors.
All day Friday, there's free admission to all 41 of Colorado's state parks, as part of the Fresh Air Friday initiative.
Curious about which state park is closest to you? Use CPW's map with a park finder and plot a quick getaway! For Colorado Springs, Cheyenne Mountain State Park is a short journey to the southwest, and in Pueblo, you can visit Lake Pueblo for free.
