UPDATE 11/15/2020: On Sunday, the Pueblo County Coroner's office identified the victim from Friday's fatal shooting as 17 year-old Dominick Mondragon. An autopsy is scheduled and the case is being investigated as a homicide.

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Police in Pueblo say they're investigating a fatal shooting Friday morning on the city's east side.

Police say that the shooting occurred just after 8 a.m. near 1700 E. 9th Street. When police arrived on scene they found a young hispanic male dead inside a white SUV.

At about 9:40 a.m., it was still described as an "active scene," and police were trying to get people out of a home. By about 10:45 a.m., the house was cleared.

Police told KRDO that people inside the home were hesitant to come out until tactical unit officers arrived, then people started to come out of the home. However, it's not clear if the alleged shooter was among that group.

All four individuals are being questioned in connection to the shooting.

Pueblo police confirmed that the shooting was a homicide. It's not clear if a suspect is in custody at this time.

The Pueblo County Coroner has not identified the victim.
