Pueblo County officials give update on coronavirus status, March 18

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Health officials in Pueblo County gave an update Wednesday on the status of COVID-19 as it spreads through Colorado.

Health officials announced a Pueblo testing site will open at 10 a.m. Thursday at the State Fair grounds. There are enough tests for 100 people, and Pueblo officials are working to get more. For more details on the testing site, see here.

The Pueblo County Sheriff assured a community nervous about empty store shelves. He said there haven’t been any bottlenecks in delivery and that the empty shelves appear to be a byproduct of unprecedented demand. He said stores are now ordering popular supplies in accordance with the new demand.
