Colorado Springs, El Paso County host conference on COVID-19

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The El Paso County Public Health Department is discussing what it's doing to prevent the spread of coronavirus across the area.

Local leaders, including Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers, are weighing in on the discussion as well.

As of Thursday, no confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been found in Colorado, but the virus has killed several people in California and Washington.
