Suspect arrested after allegedly robbing Fountain Subway twice

Ean Meadows Cropped

FOUNTAIN, Colo. (KRDO) -- Police in Fountain say a suspect is in custody after allegedly robbing the same Subway sandwich shop twice in the span of a few weeks.

Fountain police said the Subway at 6871 Mesa Ridge Parkway was robbed on Jan. 20 and again on Feb. 10.

The police department said that 29-year-old Ean Meadows was contacted by officers for an unrelated case on Monday, and officers noticed evidence that linked Meadows to both of the Subway robberies.

Meadows was booked on a parole violation, and charges are pending for the robberies, police said.
