COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Two suspects have been arrested after a burglary in Colorado Springs. A third unidentified suspect has not been found yet, according to police.

Police say around 9:50 p.m. on July 1, they received a report from an individual near 3000 Illinois Ave. that three armed and masked men were in their apartment. The reporting party told police that the men had left and were moving towards East Fillmore Street, where one of them split from the other two.

A police drone was later used to find two of the suspects on East Fillmore Street, who were arrested.

Timothy Mosbarger and Joshua Tamez were arrested and charged with first-degree burglary, confirms law enforcement.

According to police, a realistic looking BB gun and realistic AR-style paintball rifle were found with the suspects. Police later determined the paintball rifle had been stolen from the apartment.
