Colorado Springs Police arrest suspect for felony menacing
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - Officers from the Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) arrested a suspect for felony menacing charges and another suspect for prohibited use of weapons and DUI.
Just before 3 a.m. on Oct. 4, CSPD responded to a call for a disturbance involving a firearm on the northeast side of town near Black Forest Rd.
According to CSPD, when officers arrived on the scene, they found three people fighting in the street. The suspect, Wisdom St-Paul, was being held down by two other people.
CSPD said that as officers approached, St-Paul was able to free himself. He sat up and tossed a handgun away.
St-Paul was arrested for felony menacing charges. One other adult male was arrested for prohibited use of weapons and DUI. Only minor injuries were reported.
