Former Florence City Manager, charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor sexual contact no consent, pleads not guilty
FLORENCE, Colo. (KRDO) -- Former Florence City Manager Mike Patterson has pleaded not guilty to multiple charges related to alleged behavior with women he worked with at Florence City Hall.
Patterson was arrested in November 2021 and charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor sexual contact no consent. He was also charged with another misdemeanor of providing alcohol to a minor.
All of the charges are related to his alleged behavior with women he worked with at Florence City Hall.
13 Investigates previously uncovered a years-long city hall sexual harassment scandal involving Patterson. The Former Florence City council quietly fired him in August 2021.
In June, 13 Investigates learned prosecutors had offered him a plea deal.
His trial is set for December 2022.
