Top Dollar Pawn buildings turned back over to the business following federal investigation
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- Friday, the 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office announced all "law enforcement activity" at Southern Colorado pawn shops at the center of a multi-million dollar federal investigation has concluded.
Wednesday, June 22, multiple law enforcement agencies served several search warrants to the Top Dollar Pawn shop location in Colorado Springs.
The owner of Top Dollar Pawn Jack Jargowsky and three others were taken into custody following the raids.
He and another suspect, Mischa Jargowsky, have since bonded out of jail.
According to the DA's office, all of the buildings have been turned over to the business. Anyone with legally pawned items is told to contact Top Dollar Pawn if they have any questions.
At this time, the DA's office said it's up to the business to determine when and how it will reopen.
