Pueblo police looking for suspect in vandalism of Christopher Columbus statue

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- After the statue of Christopher Columbus in Pueblo was damaged this past weekend, police shared a video of a suspect and asked for the public's help identifying them.
The statue off of E. Abriendo Ave. was damaged at about 9 p.m. Saturday, according to police. Police posted video of a person walking along the sidewalk, and they say that's who's responsible for the damage.
It's not clear if the video was recorded before or after the statue was damaged.
