PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- On Thursday evening, protesters gathered outside the home of a Pueblo deputy who was cleared in an officer-involved shooting recently.

Reporter Lauren Barnas says about 30 people are rallying outside Deputy Jeff Alfonso's house in the Eagleridge neighborhood. Deputy Alfonso was cleared of wrongdoing Wednesday in the shooting of 20-year-old Jesse Cedillo.

The Pueblo Police Department told KRDO that it had a request for all available officers to respond to the protest. Watch the latest tonight at 10 p.m. on KRDO News Channel 13.
