COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Colorado Springs Police Department has located a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run accident that killed a 20-year-old woman on July 20.

Around 10:30 p.m. on July 20, police responded to a crash involving a car and a pedestrian near the intersection of North Circle Drive and Galley Road.

Detectives say the victim Olivia Clark was cross North Circle Drive at Galley Road heading westbound when a southbound car struck her. Police say Clark was not crossing at a sidewalk and that the vehicle then fled the scene.

Paramedics took Clark to a hospital where she passed away on July 23 due to her serious injuries.

The investigation revealed that the suspect vehicle was described as an early 2000's silver Audi All-Road station wagon with moderate front-end damage.

Investigators said they received several tips about the vehicle and located it Wednesday on the 1300 block of East Las Animas Street. After obtaining a search warrant, police confirmed it was the wanted silver Audi.

CSPD says it is still investigating and has not made any arrests.
