Pueblo police search for suspect in armed robbery
PUEBLO, Colo. -- Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted for an armed robbery Friday night.
Just after 10:30 p.m., police responded to a reported robbery at a convenience store on N. Elizabeth in north Pueblo.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male, 6 feet tall with a thin build. The suspect was wearing a black hooded jacket, blue jeans and apparently light-colored sneakers, police say. He also had a white sock on one hand, which held a small gun. His face was covered by a red bandana.
Police say they believe that the suspect fled the scene in an SUV, pictured below, which was parked in the area.
