Election Day 2020: What you need to know

YVYV WEB 3

Election Day is officially here after weeks of early voting saw record turnout, and millions of Coloradans have already cast their ballots.

If you haven't cast your ballot, you have until 7 p.m. to do so. You can also register to vote Tuesday at a voting center. Here's what you need to know:

First, keep up with the local and state issues with the KRDO voter guide in addition to your Blue Book.

Next, find a ballot box near you or a local voting center to vote in person.
For El Paso County voting centers, click here.
For Pueblo County voting centers, click here.

As long as you're in line by 7 p.m., you'll be able to cast your ballot. COVID-19 precautions will be in place at voting centers, so you'll need to wear a mask and make sure you're staying socially distanced from others.

If you've already cast your ballot, you can check on its status by clicking this link.

Starting at 7 p.m., the KRDO team will host a special live stream Election Day special. Join us on our home page to watch live updates, and we'll have results as they come in on our Election Results page.
