Coroner identifies man found dead in alley near downtown Pueblo

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- The Pueblo County Coroner has identified the man who was found dead in an alleyway Sunday near downtown Pueblo.

Coroner Brian Cotter reported that it was 39-year-old Michael John Hunt of Pueblo who was found between Union and Victoria avenues shortly after 6 p.m. Sunday.

Police said earlier this week that detectives consider this incident a suspicious death. The coroner confirmed that the incident is being investigated as a homicide.

No suspects have been identified.
