Gov. Polis gives update on COVID-19 in Colorado, Aug. 10

DENVER (KRDO) -- Colorado Gov. Jared Polis is giving an update on the state's response to COVID-19 on Monday.

Watch below starting around 1:30 p.m.:

Two new testing sites opened Monday in Aurora and Adams County, which Gov. Polis visited. Another testing site is opening Tuesday at the Citadel Mall parking lot in Colorado Springs.

As of Monday, there have been 50,660 positive cases of the coronavirus out of 588,547 people tested. State data says that 1,736 people have died due to COVID-19.
