New food hall ‘The Well’ opens in Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A new food hall offering a variety of dishes has opened in downtown Colorado Springs. The Well is open for business on the corner of Pikes Peak and Weber.
The Well offers four different food vendors and a full-service bar and coffee shop.
Food offerings include Red Star Deli Subs, Dun Sun, Noble Burger, and Kumbala.
Starting at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at 8 a.m. on the weekends, a coffee bar called Gift Horse Bar and Cafe is also open to patrons.
Starting at 11 a.m., Gift Horse switches from coffee and begins selling alcoholic beverages.
The lineup includes several signature cocktails including a Cantaloupe Cooler and a Hibiscus Paloma.
