TODAY: Temps cool a little more. We're tracking highs in the low 80s in Colorado Springs and high 80s in Pueblo. Rain looks unlikely in most areas north of Highway 50. A few strong storms could pop up over the Raton Mesa and Southeastern Plains this afternoon and evening.

TOMORROW: Temps stay similar to Wednesday. The Raton Mesa and the Southeastern Plains remain our focal point, with severe storms likely through the afternoon and evening, bringing chances of damaging winds, hail, and even a tornado.

EXTENDED: Storms stay fairly isolated through the weekend. Temps rebound to the Low 90s in Colorado Springs and mid-90s in Pueblo by Friday, before gradually pulling back through the weekend and early next week. Expect mid-80s in Colorado Springs and low 90s in Pueblo for the weekend. We drop to the low 80s in Colorado Springs and mid-80s in Pueblo by Monday.
