Deadly shooting shuts down Denver streets, one dead and five injured
DENVER, Colo. (KRDO) -- A Denver shooting left one person dead with multiple others injured and led to multiple road closures.
The Denver Police Department (DPD) is investigating a shooting in the 1400 block of Verbena. DPD says that Verbena is closed from 14th St. to 16th St. and Colfax is closed from Uinta to Wabash.
According to DPD, five victims have been transported to a hospital and one was pronounced dead.
DPD is asking people to avoid the area. This is an ongoing investigation.
