Shelter-in-place lifted in neighborhood near Fountain Mesa Rd. and Autumn Pl.
FOUNTAIN, Colo. (KRDO) -- Residents were asked to shelter in place due to police activity in a Fountain neighborhood.
According to the City of Fountain, people were asked to avoid the area of Fountain Mesa and Autumn Place. Residents were under a shelter-in-place.
People were asked to stay inside their homes.

At 8:12 p.m. the City of Fountain notified residents that the shelter in place has been lifted and said that residents could return home.
The suspect has not been located.
The suspect is 43-year-old Andrew Bicknell. He's a 5’4” white male with a thin build. He is wanted for felony menacing.
