DA Dan Rubenstein is seeking to revoke bond for Tina Peters

MESA COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, Tina Peters, has allegedly violated the conditions of her bond. The violation would be her being out of state without permission.

District Attorney Dan Rubenstein confirmed to the publication Colorado Politics that Peters was in Nevada, and now wants to revoke her bond.
