Man arrested after police find handguns, drug paraphernalia at Marriott in Pueblo

PUEBLO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A man was arrested after police found two loaded handguns and drug paraphernalia inside a hotel room at a Marriott in Pueblo.
On Saturday, a victim of an auto theft from Fountain told Pueblo Police their credit cards were being used at a Walmart.
Police say a man attempted to withdraw money with three different credit cards, all transactions denied. Police suspected the man was connected to the auto vehicle theft from the Fountain area.
That same day, on-duty police noticed a vehicle in the area that had matched the description of the stolen vehicle, located at the Marriott near City Center Dr.
After confirming the vehicle was stolen, police were able to find the hotel room where the people from the vehicle were staying.
While police attempted to communicate with the people from inside the room, two handguns were thrown out of the fourth story window.
After the people confronted police, a man stated he purchased the stolen vehicle from another person. He told police he was making payments on it.
Police obtained a search warrant for the hotel room.
Police say they found gun accessories with ammunition and drug paraphernalia.
As a result, Sean Rosales was arrested and booked into the Pueblo County Detention Center.
He was charged with Aggravated Auto Theft.
