Colorado Springs police investigating bank robbery
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - Colorado Springs police is investigating a bank robbery that took place at a Wells Fargo on West Garden of the Gods Tuesday afternoon.
Two males ran into the bank at around 3:12 p.m. and jumped over the counters to demand cash. They threatened they had a weapon, but it was never seen. No one was injured.
Colorado Springs police say the men drove off and were headed southbound in a black SUV.
Colorado Springs Police Department Robbery Unit has taken over the investigation.
