Stabbing at CSU-Pueblo off-campus apartments

PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- One person is in the hospital and another is in police custody after a reported stabbing at off-campus apartments for Colorado State University-Pueblo.

Pueblo police responded to reports of a stabbing around 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Wolf Village Apartments. At the scene, police say they found one person suffering stab wounds. The victim was then transported to a nearby hospital. No word on the extent of their injuries.

Officers say they initially thought the suspect was still in the area, and an alert went out to CSU-P students. However, the suspect eventually turned themselves in to police at another location.
