FOUND SAFE: 11-year-old boy in El Paso County

EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is looking for an 11-year-old boy who went missing Friday.

Deputies say Christopher Pena went looking for missing cows with his younger brother on his family's property, located on the 24,600 block of Myers Road. Around 6 p.m., the younger brother had returned, but Christopher had not.

Deputies and El Paso County Search and Rescue looked for the missing child throughout the night and into the morning but didn't find him.

Christopher is 11 years old and was last seen wearing an Adidas sweatshirt, black jeans and blue Adidas shoes.
