After Pueblo massage therapist’s arrest, more than 10 potential victims report sexual contact
PUEBLO, Colo. (KRDO) -- A licensed massage therapist recently arrested for unlawful sexual contact in Pueblo could be facing additional charges. According to police, more than ten additional potential victims have come forward to investigators.
Earlier this week, police in Pueblo said 37-year-old Christopher Sais had sexual contact with a high school student while conducting a massage.
"Touching the genitals of the female as well as the breasts in a sexual manner," said Sgt. Franklyn Ortega with the Pueblo Police Department. "Obviously when you get a massage the person is going to be touching your body. But there are some things that are authorized and OK and some things that are not."
According to a release sent by the Pueblo Police Department on Monday, Sais was arrested on Friday for unlawful sexual conduct.
Wednesday evening, Pueblo investigators returned to Souler Wellness Center on W. 5th Street and executed a search warrant at the business. Police say they were gathering additional evidence for the case, believing this is where the alleged sexual contact occurred.
Investigators are still in the process of conducting interviews with the potential victims that have come forward. No additional charges have been filed at this time.
