Brighton police investigate shooting near Walmart on Bromley lane

Police are investigating a shooting in Brighton, north of Denver Saturday night.

A tweet by the Brighton Police Department says it happened near Sandpiper and Bromley Lane.

The surrounding areas are shutdown as police continue their investigation.

It’s unclear how many victims there were or the extent of their injuries.

KRDO’s partners in Denver, KUSA, are reporting the shooting happened in a residential area, but is close to a Walmart Supercenter.
