Frontier Airlines now operational at Colorado Springs Airport
Customers will now be able to choose a new destination upon leaving from the Colorado Springs Airport.
Frontier Airlines has returned non-stop service to Las Vegas with low fares starting today.
The new destination is one of several the airline is now offering this week across the nation.
Frontier Airlines left Colorado Springs three years ago because of high costs.
Frontier President Barry Biffle said lower operating costs by the airline and the airport have increased its chances of long-term success in the market.
Frontier plans to charge a one-way fare of $59 for the Las Vegas route. An introductory fare of $19 is available.
