Croy, who called himself an idiot for entering the Capitol, was sentenced in November 2021 for his participation in the insurrection.

In court documents, Croy identifies himself as her boyfriend and told the FBI that Horvath drove to Washington, D.C., and went into the Capitol Building with him.

According to the court documents Horvath was seen in photos and various recordings throughout the Capitol during the insurrection.

At one point, court documents say she was seen dressing up the bust of Winston Churchill with a hat and glasses.

Horvath was arrested on Tuesday.
