Hot weekend ahead with isolated storms in the high country

Friday night in Colorado Springs, there is a slight chance of thunderstorms, then partly cloudy skies with a low of 66 degrees.

In Pueblo, there will be partly cloudy skies with a low of 68 degrees.

In Woodland Park, there is a chance of thunderstorms, then partly cloudy skies with a low of 53 degrees.

A Heat Advisory is in effect for this weekend from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

This advisory is in effect for El Paso, Pueblo, and parts of Fremont County and the Eastern Plains.

This weekend, Colorado Springs will see temperatures in the mid to upper 90's. Pueblo will see triple-digit heat. Woodland Park will be in the mid 80's with chances for thunderstorms on Saturday and Sunday.
