Police investigate shooting at Dutch Bros in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Police are investigating a shooting at a Dutch Bros in Colorado Springs on Wednesday afternoon.

Just after 1 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 4320 block of Austin Bluffs Parkway after receiving multiple calls about a shooting. When police arrived, there were no victims or suspects on scene.

The investigation revealed two vehicles met in the parking lot and one person exited their vehicle and shot several rounds at the other vehicle with two occupants, according to police. The suspect chased after the victims while shooting as the other vehicle tried to escape.    

Around 2 p.m., Police said the two victims were struck and later showed up at a nearby hospital where they were treated and released.

The Colorado Springs Police Department is still investigating.
