Plenty of Sunshine and Dry, Late Week Heat Relief

TODAY: Another day with temperatures well above average is in the forecast. Temperatures along the I-25 corridor look to reach the upper 80s and low 90s, with low 90s for the Plains. Plenty of sunshine and dry conditions are expected.

TONIGHT: Mostly clear, with lows in the upper 50s and low 60s throughout the region.

Extended: Isolated thunderstorms may return to mainly mountain areas again starting Tuesday or Wednesday. We expect to remain very warm for much of the week, but by Friday the wind could pick up as a cold front arrives, and thunderstorms may become more likely for some areas.
