SUNDAY: Temperatures will remain comfortable through the evening hours, but winds will remain breezy. Winds calm a bit overnight, but will quickly ramp up during the morning hours on Monday. Mostly clear and dry conditions are expected, with lows in the upper 20s and low 30s.

MONDAY: Another mild day is on tap with highs in the 60s and 70s across the Plains. Winds will once again ramp up by 10 AM across the region, with the strongest gusts anticipated for the southern I-25 corridor. During the afternoon, wind gusts could reach 50-60 MPH once again. Critical fire weather will continue.

EXTENDED: By Tuesday, our next system will impact the region. At this point, the track looks to be too far north for any impactful snow, but a few snow showers are expected across the Pikes Peak Region. Minor grassy accumulations at best are possible. Once again, 40-60 MPH wind gusts and critical fire weather remain in the forecast.
