Rainy and cooler the next couple of days

Mostly cloudy and cooler today with periods of heavier rain late tonight into Thursday morning.

TONIGHT: Rain may become heavy at times late Wednesday night and Thursday morning. Overnight lows will dip into the 40s and 50s.

EXTENDED: Several rounds of showers and possible thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening Thursday. Much cooler with highs in the 60s. We'll see a return to sunny skies starting Friday with temperatures warming into the 70s and 80s this weekend.
