Cloudy, cool, and showery Wednesday
Rain showers will come to an end this morning… but cloudy and cool for the afternoon.
TODAY: We'll see some gradual breaks in the cloud cover later this afternoon. Way below average temperatures today with highs in the low to mid-50s.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and cool overnight. Morning lows Thursday will drop into the low to mid-40s.
EXTENDED: High pressure builds across the region Thursday with warming temperatures heading into the weekend. Friday afternoon will feature a chance for isolated severe thunderstorms… especially across the southeastern plains. Quieter and warmer for the weekend with highs Saturday and Sunday in the mid to upper-80s. Unsettled weather may make a comeback early next week.
