Sunny and warm heading into the weekend

Temperatures heating up this weekend, best chance for thunder showers will be Sunday.

TODAY: High pressure dominates with sunny skies and very warm temperatures Friday afternoon. Highs in the mid and upper-80s and low-90s. Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the higher terrain west of I-25.

TONIGHT: Clear skies and mild overnight. Saturday morning lows in the upper-50s.

EXTENDED: Plenty of sunshine and hot temperatures for your Saturday. Highs will be in the low and mid-90s. The best chance for showers and thunderstorms will come our way on Sunday along with slightly cooler temperatures. Well above average temperatures through the middle of next week.
