BEAUTIFUL START TO THE WEEKEND
TONIGHT: Clear and cool with morning lows Saturday in the low-40s under clear skies and light winds.
TOMORROW: Plenty of sunshine with temps soaring into the 70's to near 80° for parts of the Pikes Peak region.
SUNDAY: Increasing clouds with a few showers and isol storms popping up after the noon hour. The Denver metro area and Palmer Divide will hold the best chance for more widespread coverage of precip. Temps will be slightly cooler Sunday with highs in the 50's and 60's but some areas across thre Arkansas River Valley still inching near 80° for the first part of the day.
EXTENDED: Overnight Sunday a transition to a few flurries for higher terrain areas will be possible. Rain and snow showers and much colder temperatures to start the work week on Monday.
