Warm Monday with a snowy Tuesday morning ahead

Winter Weather and slick roads likely on Tuesday morning.

TODAY: Mainly cloudy and breezy with very mild temperatures Monday afternoon. Highs Monday will top out in the mid and upper-60s.

TONIGHT: Rain and snow shower overnight… turning to all snow late Tuesday morning. A Winter Weather Advisory has been posted for Teller County and northern El Paso County. Generally speaking we can expect 1" to 2" inches of snow in Colorado Springs with higher amounts in the upper elevations.

EXTENDED: Snow will taper off to snow showers on Tuesday afternoon behind our cold front. Clearing and cold overnight into Wednesday morning as lows dip into the teens and low-20s. Mostly sunny and cool Wednesday afternoon as highs rebound into the low and mid-50s. We will see another weak system coming in Thanksgiving night and Friday morning. Clearing and cold heading into the weekend.
