A sunny and mild start to the work week
Sunny skies and warm temperatures through the end of the week. A significant pattern change this weekend.
TODAY: Mainly sunny skies with light winds and mild temperatures. Afternoon highs will top out in the low-60s for Colorado Springs and the mid-60s for Pueblo and the plains.
TONIGHT: Clear skies and cold overnight. Winds will be light and morning lows will fall into the low-30s.
EXTENDED: A strong ridge of high pressure will dominate the weather pattern through Thursday, with afternoon high temps climbing into the low and mid-70s. Colder temperatures and a chance for showers enter the weather picture this weekend. Highs by Sunday are expected to dip into the 40s.
