Plans set in motion to widen Nichols Road to Lake Pueblo

PUEBLO WEST, Pueblo (KRDO) -- Residents in Pueblo West will soon have a better trip through their only access point to Lake Pueblo.

A federally funded project to widen Nichols road is starting this week. It will start from McCulloch boulevard to the Lake Pueblo start park entrance. The project is expected to last roughly five months, through the summer.
