Boebert campaign claims Democrat opponent has no path to victory
UPDATE: Diane Mitsch Bush has conceded the race to Lauren Boebert. In a statement she wrote:
"The voters have spoken. I did not get enough votes to win.
You all worked so hard. I am so honored and humbled by you giving me your hard earned money and all your time and energy.
Thank you for believing in me.
I am deeply grateful for our staff, our amazing volunteers and all our partners. You have all worked so diligently.
Over the last 18 months of this campaign, we've raised our voices together, sharing our vision of an America where everyone has opportunities to thrive and succeed. We have held town halls, hosted meet and greets over Zoom, participated in community events, and much more. Together, we took on some of the most powerful special interests in our country.
Let's keep active and keep working for a brighter future for everyone—where everyone has access to affordable, quality health care, where people, families and businesses can grow, where there are good jobs and more manufacturing right here, where we use science to protect our environment, our public lands, and tackle climate change, and where everyone is treated with dignity and respect—where our human rights, civil rights and voting rights are protected and upheld.
While today hurts, we know that when we work together we can make a real difference to help and protect working families with more affordable and accessible health care, to create an economy that works for everyone with good paying jobs and thriving small, local business, preserve family, local agriculture, our environment, our public lands that so many enjoy, strengthen our public schools and protect immigrant communities.
Let's remember that so much more unites us than divides us.

RIFLE, Colo. (KRDO) -- Republican candidate for Colorado Congressional District 3 Lauren Boebert is declaring victory Tuesday night, saying that her Democratic opponent has no viable path to win.
Boebert stunned incumbent Rep. Scott Tipton in the primary election earlier this year, and it appears as though she's about to win the congressional seat over Democrat Diane Mitsch Bush.
"We did it!" Boebert could be heard shouting inside her restaurant late Tuesday evening.

As of 11 p.m. Tuesday, Boebert had a nearly 20,000 vote advantage over Mitsch Bush.
There are still votes left to be counted, and Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder Gilbert Ortiz told KRDO's Dan Beedie at 11 p.m. that about 10,000 votes left to be counted in Pueblo County.
But Boebert is claiming victory. Her campaign staff said that based on current vote totals, Mitsch Bush doesn't have a path to win the Congressional seat.
