Driver suspected of DUI leaves the scene after crash with dirtbike

PUEBLO, Colo (KRDO) -- Late Saturday night, a driver of an SUV left the scene of a crash after he pulled out in front of a man riding a dirtbike.

Around 11:00 pm Pueblo Police officers responded to a crash on Beulah and Arroyo, where an SUV allegedly pulled out in front of a man riding a dirtbike with no headlight. The biker crashed into the side of the SUV, which then left the scene.

The driver of the SUV was brought back to the scene of the crash by his dad, and was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. The rider of the dirtbike was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
