MANITOU SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A suspicious death at an RV park in Manitou Springs Wednesday prompted an investigation by the El Paso County Sheriff's Office. Now, the sheriff's office has named a person of interest in the case.

Bobby Joe Berry, 43, is described as a white male standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.

Berry doesn't have a known associated vehicle, but the deceased person's vehicle is missing, said the sheriff's office. That vehicle has Colorado plate 472-VGK.

Berry possibly has friends in the Dallas, Texas and Borger, Texas areas.

If seen, do not approach him as the sheriff's office says Berry is considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information concerning his current whereabouts is encouraged to contact the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office at 719-390-5555 or contact Detective Brklich directly with any information at (719) 520-7229 or email him at NickolasBrklich@elpasoco.com.
