Colorado Springs Fire responding to traffic accident at Uintah and 20th St.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - The Colorado Springs Fire Department (CSFD) is responding to a traffic accident at Uintah and 20th St.

CSFD says that there is a truck and motorcycle involved.

One person is trapped. Crews are working on extracting them.

CSFD is asking people to avoid the area.

The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) says that there were 2 people on the motorcycle who were transported for serious injuries.

According to CSPD, both parties on the motorcycle were wearing helmets. The driver of the truck was the sole occupant and stayed on the scene.
