V.A. Eastern Colorado accepting Valentine’s Day cards for Veterans
COLORADO (KRDO) -- It's National Salute to Veteran Patients Week and the V.A. Eastern Colorado health care system is celebrating all week long. This week has been commemorated by the V.A. for Veterans since 1978.
The Denver Nugget dancers are expected to make an appearance along with Rocky the mountain lion! In addition to these special visits, the hospital will be accepting Valentine's Day cards for all veterans.
In 2023, V.A. Eastern Colorado received favor 1,200 Valentine's cards from around the country. If you are interested in learning more about how you can help our Veterans, click here.
