CSPD seeks public’s help in locating at-risk adult
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) - The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) is asking for the community's help in locating a missing, at-risk adult.
According to CSPD, 34-year-old Rachelle Luff suffers from developmental delays and has health conditions that require daily medications.
Rachelle was last seen around 2 a.m. Friday morning at her home in the area of Chelton Rd. and East Fountain Blvd. CSPD said she is likely wearing the black ball cap seen in the picture above.
