EL PASO COUNTY, Colo. (KRDO) -- A new traffic signal at a busy intersection in southeast El Paso County will be fully operational this week.

The new signal at Mesa Ridge Parkway and Marksheffel Road will be fully operational on Wednesday, Sept. 27.
